Leider gab es Probleme bei einchecken… erst wurde mir eine Alternativ Unterkunft angeboten, dann Sol ich doch in die gebuchte … dann hat es bei einchecken , bzw der Code für die Tür war fehlerhaft. Nach 3 Telefonate hat es geklappt und zum Schluss kam noch die Aufforderung ich soll die Unterkunft noch mal bezahlen? Obwohl die schon bezahlt war ……」
