「Stayed for 6 nights in March, while on vacation to AZ. Facility was wonderful, and in a nice, quiet and safe neighborhood. Wonderful in every way!」

「I’m giving this a one star rating because: - the owner’s barking dogs - no hot water - stingy, dirty supplies and cookware - duct taped front door, packing taped floor fan, air conditioner, and bathroom accordion door - kitchen dishwater drains right out of a PVC pipe and onto the dirt - not environmentally friendly due to the formaldehyde in dish soap - the shower smelled like urine - two pills were found on the carpet upstairs - do they ever vacuum - a lot of long, black hair on the floor…and...

「We were not given the opportunity to present service animal papers. We should not of been charged a pet fee.」

「Spent most of our time attending Spring Training games. One suggestion, but maybe I couldn't find it, was to have a plunger available in case of toilet plugging up. We did need one, not for the toilets, but for the side bathroom shower. Drain in shower stopped up to the point, we were standing in at least 3-4" of bath water.」

「Cleanliness is important, and this was not clean. I don't know Vrbo owner standards but this can't meet them. Very disappointed. We only stayed 1 night and went to a motel instead. Quite an expense for us, but we could not stay here one more day!」

「The hosts were absolutely wonderful I only wish that all the stairs had been pictured on the listing. The cleaning crew could have done a little better job it looks like somebody's dog had trampled all over the futon and drooled all over it and there was a ton of dog hair and dust under the bed otherwise the place was spotless and the host offered to come clean it but I declined again they were absolutely wonderful and I would rent again but I would rent on the other side of their Apartments so...
