「The property was as advertised. Located in a very quiet neighborhood with a small backyard. Parking was available on street and there was a space available in the back. We were informed of an issue with the garbage disposal before we arrived which did not detract from our ability to enjoy the space. We were visiting our daughter that lives in the area and would stay here agian when we return.」

「This is a comfortable place to spend a few days in Richmond and the pictures in the listing tell the story accurately. Steps from Perly's, Stella's grocery and everything else downtown, yet feels calm and quiet in the apartment.There was a persistant acrid smell, like burnt rubber or wires in the bathroom the whole time, which would not clear even with the exhaust fan. 「We had a great time and enjoyed all the amenities that came with the property including a golf cart to go to the lake where the kayak and SUP boards were stored. We enjoyed family games and the puzzles and evenings in the hot tub. Highly recommend this property.」
