「The hotel's location is good. However, we're not happy with the front desk clerks. As we had 3 people stayed there for 2 nights and we asked if we can change to a bigger room, even they don't have a room for 3. They answered that the hotel was fully booked. We felt that they just want to make an excuse to close the case of our request and not willing like to help.」

「Hotel buchen mit Comfort-Zimmer, sehr groß, auch das Bad. Frühstück sehr gut. Umgebung leider tote Hose, aber durch die Weinberge ist man schnell in Bernkastel und auch auf der Burg Landshut. Möglichkeiten für Schifffahrten. Meine war sogar umsonst, hatte am 17.08. Geburtstag ... Fazit, Hotel in Veldenz zu empfehlen, war dann noch mit Gruppe in einem anderen, erlitt bei betreten des Zimmers fast einen Schock ...」
