「Our stays in Mena House was peaceful and fantastic. The room is clean, viewing the Giza Pyramids, cool pool, quality services, etc. The room decoration is not great but so far it is clean and tidy. The balcony is nice facing the Giza Pyramids; the breakfast with various choice of food was great too. 「It's a good hotel. Very good CP with comfortable room and service. The view is really good and I do really enjoy the stay in this hotel. The balcony door is not work, but been fixed after raising this problem to the front desk. It took a little bit time to fix it, but it's acceptable. Bathtub is perfect and with hot water & broad spaces. It's a good hotel, wish you enjoy this as I do.」

「I like the name and legacy. I didn’t like the furniture that needs upgrading within 2-3 years, I didn’t like room service that needed a new menu and chef, I didn’t like the relative lack of training of staff at concierge and overall. I didn’t like being told all restaurants open until 1 am when only two were open. I didn’t like the smell of the cigar room reception. I didn’t like the Lebanese restaurant Zaitouni; it should be replaced immediately. 」

「The staff was friendly but english language skills were so so. There was no ironing board; one of the faucets were leaking throughout our stay which kept the washroom floor wet. I requested the front desk to fix it and showed the video to them but it was not fixed during our stay. 「新装修的酒店非常新，我当时住5楼，一边还是毛坯房。新装修有点味道。但是整体很新，布置也很现代，配套设施全新很齐全。有洗衣机，餐具，灶台，碗筷等，适合常住。不过服务人员服务意识一般，不知道是不是对服务费有很高预期，可能我们给少了，人家看到我们不太待见。离店时帮忙搬行李也是草草了事。所以多透气，多训练员工服务性，比让我们离店前填写酒店评价表来的重要。」
