「Nice overall. I don't find the staff too friendly, but helpful overall. I asked if they can post the postcards for me (I have already attached stamps), bhr they refused as they said they would then need to be responsible. I am quite surprised by this reply, especially at an ibis hotel chain. 」

「Very calm place that I want to visit again, near to places that is so nice to visit! So clean when arrived and host help me to get the key so easy! Kudos to the service」

「Our family of 2 adults and 3 children arrived at the property in London, contacted the host for access details ( we had 2 separate confirmation emails previously) to be then informed via a text that the apartment was no longer available. At 5pm on a Saturday for a 2 night booking. Appalling communication and no explanation or apology then or since.There is a for sale sign up at the property. We arrive home after our weekend and find an email asking for a review of our stay so here it is. 」

「Very well-organized and they paid a lot of attention to detailing every aspect and documenting it on their website. The self check-in and check-out is smooth and went without any issues. All appliances worked perfectly. The hallway was a bit noisy, especially when other apartments close their doors, it shakes the whole apartment. The check-out is 10 AM which I consider early.」

「Stay was good. Biggest advantage is that you can park in nearby street after 6:30pm until 8am free 」

「No clear indication/signage of the hotel on the road that makes you miss the hotel easily. It's only foldable bed in the single room (we booked two bedrooms apartment) and is not really well equipped. Not recommend this hotel to anybody.」

「Overall, the apartment hotel is good. However, it is not convenient for drop-offs or pick-ups because the street in front of the hotel is designated as a bus and tram zone only. Guests will need to be dropped off a block away to access the hotel. On the other hand, if you arrive at East Croydon Station, the hotel is located just across from the station. 」

The drainage in the bathroom is poor - after about 10 minutes of showering, the water starts draining out, as the shower area has a shallow floor and does not have enough time to properly drain. However, the hotel is indeed very close to the airport.」

"The soundproofing is poor, and I can hear the snoring from the neighboring room at night. I requested two bottled waters, but they did not provide them. Worst carpark and hotel is soso

"It was not a very bad hotel but it happened to have some car event outside the hotel at the carpark and so we were not able to get a parking space. And I heard that these events happened all the time so just in case if you are bumping into one of there it’s gonna be a big trouble ( terrible traffic and no parking space till 10pm)"

"We checked in after midnight as we need to stay for one night before return home. Check in process was efficient and took only a few minutes. Reception lady was courteous and efficient. Would certainly stay again if needed in future."
