「Hotel was nice. I received a text saying egg hunt and cook out at 6pm around 445. At 550 it was over. Was told there must have communication issue. We then completed their scavenger hunt and received 1 bag of popcorn for 6 people to share. During our week there we didnt see them clean the pool or pool area at all. 」

「It's great, but there's a zoo next door, so the taste is！！！LoL」

「The hotel was clean, convenient location to walk downtown. The room was a little small. We took our small dog which was nice but they put us on the 3rd floor which was not very convenient. No cleaning service (due to having our dog). They asked us to set our trash and towels outside our door by 10 am. We did our own housekeeping but they charge an additional fee for the pet. 」

「Parking is great and pretty convenient- right in front of the building and very close walking distance to the main strip. Check in was okay, but kind of inconvenient and sketchy, as it’s at the Quality Inn next door (an elevator ride and a few convoluted walkways away outside in the dark and cold). 「Because of the parking problem, I went to bed at 2 a.m. Because of the attitude of the other party in handling the problem, I left a message to the hotel on Google. The hotel replied that they had no problem. Being rude and providing a solution are two different things. It is not rude just because the solution is unreasonable. I talked to the girl at the front desk, but she ignored me. It was like they didn't care about anything after you paid! An Indian lady's attitude was relatively good....
