「Called Mgmt due to water above dryer and ceiling hole. Spoke to them - no one ever came out or called back. Broken kitchen cabinet. Light bulbs out in kitchen. Light fixture on deck falling off. Location was convenient.」

「Our stay at the Butterfly Suite was the exact peaceful weekend we needed! It was larger than it appears in pictures. The fireplace was lovely, especially with the snow outside. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to make meals, including spices that we forgot! We will definitely be staying again!」

「Our stay was superb! Our family came and really enjoyed the house. Our only complaint with the house was that it was extraordinarily hot for the lake, so the beautiful panoramic windows invited the heat and caused the AC units to work hard. With the AC not keeping up with the daytime needs of those of us in the house, it was pretty uncomfortable. .The house stayed warm into the evening, and cooled down again through the night. We could not find the key to the hot tub, so we called the first...

「The place had a perfect unobstructed view of the lake. The place was nice and warm for our winter trip. Comfortable furniture and bed for lounging around. The only complaint we had was when we arrived there was pee in the toilet and on the seat. The first thing we had to do was clean that ourselves not a fun start to the vacation. Overall though it was a good place and would recommend. 」
