"Beautiful place. Amazing food. Gorgeous staff (women and men alike) and all are kind and respectful and clean and helpful. All have translation apps and try genuinely their best to communicate in English with me without sounding like it's a chore. One recommendation I would add is clear restaurant sifns\brands labels with map guide with "you are here" markers\checkpoints. I spent hours trying to find the entrance to the cafe and Italian Bistro after already trying the 5th floor restaurants....

"Checkup was complicated, the staff wasn't clear on how to process our booking with hotels.com. The restaurant upstairs had very limited drink and food options. Breakfast was excellent though and the rooms were great."

"Beautiful place. Amazing food. Gorgeous staff (women and men alike) and all are kind and respectful and clean and helpful. All have translation apps and try genuinely their best to communicate in English with me without sounding like it's a chore. One recommendation I would add is clear restaurant sifns\brands labels with map guide with "you are here" markers\checkpoints. I spent hours trying to find the entrance to the cafe and Italian Bistro after already trying the 5th floor restaurants. And the hotel is huge. If there was supposed to be a trail outside, o couldn't find it due to lack of signs. But i am only nitpicking because I needed any excuse to enjoy the lazy 5 star life instead of walking around :)"
