"Couldn't fault anything and would recommend for a quiet stay 10 minutes walk from the village centre of Montivilliers. Continental breakfast is available for 8 euro. Good secure parking too. The only problem we had was actually finding the hotel on our sat navs. "

"Een grandioze verblijf gehad. Alleen in de advertentie had ik parkeerplek gelezen maar die was er helaas niet. Toen maar de auto bij de tennisbanen gezet als daar plek was. Kost alleen 35 euro per dag. Het is een werled ple alleen parkeren is een ramp "

"Good welcome and communication with owner. Interesting area in Normandy, Benedictine Palace and Abbey in Fecamp very interesting. Etretat and Veules Sur Rose worth visiting."

"I recommend this apartment. The apartment was delightful. Nice kitchen, very narrow stairway with upstairs beds. We were in Etretat to hike along the cliffs both north and south of town. The town is so small that the apartment was optimally located for those hikes. "

"From the moment we rolled up to this magical home we knew we had chosen wisely. As described, it really is the only home around and the natural setting is just stunning. We spent time bird watching, star gazing, breathing the fresh air. We took advantage of our proximity to the singular Cliffs of Etretat by easily walking to the sea to watch sunsets. We used the nearby footpath into town to avoid parking hassles. Etretat was full of great spots to eat, as well as shops and other attractions like...

"The only thing that was negative was the fact that online the property was described as being located a few meters away from the beach. In the description of the property it says ( only at the end the last sentence) : 4 km away from the beach. The adress ( a street 4 kilometers long) is misleading."

"Accueil sympathique. Isabelle nous a partagé anecdotes et connaissances sur Etretat, ce qui a enrichi nos excursions. L'appartement est agréable et bénéficie d'une belle vue sur les couchers de soleil. Nous avons passé une semaine sans prendre la voiture car au départ de l'appartement visites des lieux importants d'Etretat et ballades bucoliques sont réalisables à pieds."

"Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und man findet alles was man braucht. Der Garten bietet viele Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen . Die Vermieter waren sehr herzlich. Unseren jugendlichen Kindern hat besonders die separate Jugendwohnung gefallen. Wir waren begeistert und kommen gerne wieder."

"A beautiful guest house a few streets away from the beach in the middle of a quaint town. Walking distance to great restaurants, boutiques and bakeries. The host family is extremely friendly. The house is grand and it has an amazingly landscaped yard that's like an oasis with very hard to find parking spaces in the town of etretat. Highly recommended. "

Exceptionally quiet

"This cozy little hotel is in a great location right next to the promenade. I slept well. It is exceptionally soundproof. I have never seen such heavy, tightly fitted doors. The bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was mold in the bathroom. And my room had no bathtub. Just a shower."

"Extremely rude and unprofessional receptionist. The photos of the hotel do not describe the property correctly. While you can see the hotel building on the photos, our room was in some low rise (1 floor) building which you enter from the outside. The bathroom was renovated except for the floor tiles which have seen better days (the same tiles were in the room as well). The room had such a strong chemical smell that was there to probably mask some other smell, which unfortunately was still coming through. When I approached the receptionist and asked for a different room as I had difficulty breathing, she completely dismissed my complaints. Stay away from this place."
