「I had booked my stay for 10 days but checked out on the 3rd money. Staff were ok, but none of them spoke English apart from alexanderia. As the hotel didnt gave many guests everynight they would take off the a/c.it was boiling, the minibar wasn't working.All our drinks were hot. Its a nice hotel, with lovely decorations but no customer service or care for guests. Breakfast was basic and the menu is the same everyday. However i do have to say there chef is amazing, the food was excellent. ...

「We had a great visit. The staff was really friendly and helpful, the coffee was good at breakfast (very important). The most important thing when we travel are the beds, and they were great so we slept well. The only thing that put it down a little was the AC in the room which was really noicy at times. As we only were there over a weekend for a competition, we didn't have time to check out the area, but it seemd friendly enough. I'm sure we will be back for next years competition.」
