Super clean, easy check-in process, in a good neighborhood, easily accessible parking spot, quiet, has everything you need for a short stay! Bed was comfortable and as someone who has sensitive skin, the fact that everything is washed with free and clear detergent was a huge plus. Close to all the Gainesville staples. Would stay here again for sure.

Incredible for a Family of 3
This was our first family vacation in a while and this was the perfect stay for us. We drove 2 vehicles and had more than enough parking accommodations. Great spot with everything you need
This is a quaint but modern loft space that is exactly as it’s described. It’s very comfortable and everything is provided. The sky lights are a beautiful touch to this space and it does feel like home in so many ways. I wish we’d had more time to enjoy all the amenities provided but we’ll be back again. Close to UF Campus and Shands Hospital
My daughter and I were in town for my daughter’s procedure at UF Health. The loft is conventionally located near Shands Hospital as well as the UF campus. The loft was very clean. The space was just what we needed, comfortable bed, updated bathroom, cute kitchenette stocked with tea and coffee. We also found the neighborhood charming and quiet. Very easy checkin and checkout and easy communication with owner. I would definitely stay in the loft again!

It’s like being in treehouse oasis!
The place is beautiful…it’s compact.. but has everything you need. Being in the Loft, it felt like you’re perched in the trees… especially when looking up through the sky light in the shower and the Spanish moss covered trees! The owners are very responsive and I loved reading about their story of the Loft and the Cottage on the same property. There were other guests in the cottage which blocked the parking accessibility, that would be my only complaint was the lack of parking, if guests in the cottage get their first and then tell you to park on the street.
