「Fripp is a very special place, we were very happy….a bit chilly, but nice place」

「Great location, super cute property. The amenities were excellent for kids. I wasn't sure if firewood was provided for the firepit but there was a huge stack of wood to use and the firepit was a highlight. My husband cooked steaks on the grill and that was also a big hit. The kitchen is very tiny, as other reviewers have said, but I'd rather have the space in the seating area—the kitchen table comfortably seats 10 and could do 12. We rented this home for a Christmas staycation and would happily...

「This was a great property for the price. The location is great, and the house is fully furnished. The owners are in the process of upgrading, so there are a few things that show their age. Our only issues were cleaning-related. There were obvious stains on a set of sheets, and some bathmats that smelled strongly of urine (dog?). Apart from those issues, our stay was pleasant. 」

「Great views of ocean including dolphins surfacing frequently. Had minor issue but communication was easy and issue was resolved quickly. We walked 5K loop several times on sidewalks, low-traffic roads, and retaining wall next to ocean. Deer near roads seem tame. Good restaurants including Seaside Grill (Wednesday shrimp night) and Beedos (Vegan smashburgers) within 20 minute drive.」

「Carol was very responsive and the unit was comfortable and in a very convenient location. Before we arrived we were told that the dryer wasn't working but Carol gave us access to a dryer in another unit which was a big help although it was inconvenient 」
