The rental had everything we needed, from shampoos and bodywash, a plethora of beds and blankets, and within 10 minutes of everywhere we needed to go. Super easy to get in and out. 「I’d like to give them a higher rating because every time a problem popped up they worked to solve it! But when we arrived four hours after check-in time last Sunday, the owner seemed to have no advance notice of our week-long booking. The apartment wasn’t cleaned yet and a family member was taking a shower. They were very apologetic about it and we waited about an hour before moving in. We did like the location and the unit was fine overall!」

「Overall this is a lovely property, and very comfortable. Unfortunately the first day we were unable to get in due to a malfunctioning lockbox, and were initially told that a locksmith would be unavailable until the following Monday (we arrived on a Friday and were stranded for several hours with a small child and all our luggage.)
