「There was trash still in our room from previous guests. The toilet was so shaky every time you sat on it, thought it was going to fall over. This really is a niche property where I'd only stay here for an event because everything is so far away from it. Events are also very loud from the villas if you're not attending the event.」

「The property was very comfortable. I stayed for 2 1/2 weeks while visiting my sister who lives in town. The condo was in a nice, quiet area just off the Bluebonnet Nature Trail. The owner was very responsive when I had questions a couple of times. He came right over to get the ceiling fan going. I would stay here again if I needed a place in Baton Rouge. (Per the property description, there is no smoke alarm; you can see where it used to be on the wall but it's gone.)」

「We arrive at the property after check-in time. I had to call for door code. The place was not clean at all. Kitchen sink had dirty dishes, washer had items in it, tras on living room floor, beds was not made, yard was a mess, toilet wouldn't flush, bathroom sink was leaking. I would not recommend this place to stay at all. I communicated with the manager who agreed to partially refund for a day but never received any refund.」
