“I cannot emphasize enough how pleasant our stay was. Monica went above and beyond to make us feel so welcomed and so special. The German Chocolate Bday cake for my hubby, the O’Brien Casserole, biscuits and champs was scrumptious and far more than we could’ve ever expected from a VRBO hostess! The land is so peaceful and beautiful, and we looked forward every morning to have coffee on the porch with the sweet kitties!! And it’s named appropriately…the stars were spectacular! Sheer……

“This is the 2nd time we’ve rented this quaint farmhouse. It’s perfectly located off 290 and offers plenty of privacy for our group of friends. The house is so cute and comfortable. The muffins and biscuits Monica makes are delightful! The extra thought and amenities she provides makes it an amazing trip and we’ll be back next year for our yearly trip to the wine country! ”

“We enjoyed our stay in Fredericksburg and loved this home. We were celebrating a friend’s 50th birthday and this home was the perfect place for our group to hang out. It was close to Main Street and easy to find. The home was unique and had so much character. We appreciated the fully stocked coffee bar and all the little bathroom extras - shampoo, face clothes for makeup, etc. It made a special weekend even more special for us all. I would definitely stay here again. ”
