A good place for family

Our family enjoyed our visit here in Fredericksburg. It is about a mile walk to downtown, but it was a pleasant stroll through the neighborhood. The beds were comfortable. It would be nice to have some furniture to set up suitcases in one of the bedrooms. There is also a small tripping hazard going from the living room to the game room.

We would stay again, the house was clean and everything we could need was there ! The fence for fur kid was a plus! The host was very communicative and checked in via texts with us / 5 stars and would return ! I liked the house was minimal on “Knick knacks “ and didn’t have to worry our pup would turn something over !

Great convenient location, spacious and family friendly. Chris was responsive and easy to work with on arrival. Fun family games available in the den and kitchen was well stocked with everything! Plus not to mention the great selection of toilet paper! This was my husband's favorite part! Haha!

Quality Family Time

We spent a few days in the beautiful town of Fredricksburg with our 2 kids during their winter break from school. It was a much needed vacation and family time. The home was very clean, the owner was super quick to respond to any questions we had and the neighbors were nice. The location is close to the square and easily accessible to conveniences. The house has 2 bedrooms, but is spacious enough for air mattresses in the game and living rooms if more than 4 are traveling in your party.

A Great Getaway In Fredericksburg

We had a great long weekend in Fredericksburg. The property owner was very responsive, the internet speed was quick in case you needed to work while you were there, and it’s a great location for a short drive to downtown or to get to the wineries. We had our dogs with us and my only negative was that the fence wasn’t the best so we needed to be outside with them the entire time. It wasn’t a big enough issue that we wouldn’t stay here again.

small miscommunication on door lock

you were good about telling us how to get inside but in no communications did you tell us about hitting the check button after entering the Yale button and code.after about 30 minutes we accidentally figured it out. something you might want to think about is the inch and a half step between game room and living room The floor tile is such a good match that it creates an illusion that the floor is continuous and has no step. We all stubbed out toes several times. Other than those few items we had a wonderful stay. Thank you
