「The cabin had everything we needed. All equipment work fine. We used the grill and had dinner every evening on the outside balcony, this was early july, we didn't get any insects (mosquito) bothering us. it was extremely pleasant and relaxing. The kids walked to the pool every end of day when we came back from mountain trailing, we didn't watch TV and tried to shut down our computers as much as possible. (internet can be a bit slow if you want to watch videos) instead we took long walks, played...

「Location was beautiful and very clean. Host checked on us several times and are helpful and friendly. The drive to location is rugged. 4WD recommended. Bathroom is 25 mins away just fyi. WiFi was non existent but we didn’t mind. There is a dusk to dawn light that shines in your tent no matter where you put the tent but it was great for cooking and hanging out. No issues with critters either. They also have a nice grill available if you bring the propane. Overall, it was a nice trip! 」

「Rented this house for a long weekend and soccer tournament. The location was a perfect 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge and 20 minutes from the soccer complex. The house was the perfect size for our family. Our kids enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub.」

It's managed by some property mgt company that frankly became quite intrusive leading up to the stay... please work on the comms process...but were quick to respond to my complaint with that and to an inquiry I made while onsite.
