「We spent 6 days at the house on Tallman Lake. We enjoyed watching the various kinds of birds around the property as well as the eagles we spotted. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything you could need. We enjoyed the beautiful landscape too. Nate was quick to respond to any of our needs/concerns. 「We rented the 2 BR 2 Bath house for 4 Nights, along with a fishing pontoon boat at the property. We very much enjoyed our stay. The area and home site are surrounded by forest which is very peaceful. When on the lake, the air temperature is pleasantly cooler, making an 88-degree day feel like 75 degrees. 「Like everyone has noted - the location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance: marina, beach area, parks, and downtown. The house is very nice and well kept up. It had everything we needed….even a choice between a Keurig or drip coffee maker. Be advised that this is an older house but it has obviously been updated. (There are ample outlets in plain view to charge all your devices.) Also it was very clean. If I get to Ludington again - I would definitely rent this house again....
