「The front desk staff was very informative and friendly. Our room was clean, just wasn’t impressed with the brown carpets (that’s a me thing, I prefer the newer tile as it doesn’t hold dirt). The bed was comfortable enough, not lumpy (just not as cozy as I expected). All in all I would give it a 4.5 out of 5. We would stay here again 」

「This property is few steps away from Birch Run Premium Outlets, close to restaurants, gas stations, 10-12 minutes to Frankenmuth, close to highway 75 access, staff is friendly like Nick, the lady in The breakfast room is very friendly. Asked for some things like comb, shave, change to be used at vending machine, change of bed sheets, they are very quick and helpful. Highly recommended especially this place is also good for young children and family.」

「Professional courteous staff at front desk dining area and attentive cleaning workers. Convenient location with Meijer Subway and gas stations nearby. Breakfast was delicious in comparison with Holiday Inn. We will definitely stay there again! A special thank you to the front desk and cleaning crew for holding on to my personal pillow that was left behind in the room! Happy New Year and may you all be blessed. 」

「A simple friendly place to spend a couple nights at a very fair price. I'm not into bells & whistles; it was perfect. It's close enough to the main strip in town, yet just far enough away that it's quiet, relaxed and walkable. I will return if visiting Frankenmuth again. Thanks to the proprietors! 」

「Came into town for a wedding. Front desk was amazing and so sweet. The pool had emergency maintenance so we didnt get to try it. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Soft and firm pillows to choose from. 」

「We did not request to have a room with an adjoining door so We did not like the fact that our room had one. Outlets on nightstand lamp did not work to charge phones. Couldn't find a guide on the tv for channel information. Front desk and breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful.」

「They made everything simple. Easy to find. Close to everything on our list to do. Hostess, Lilac was a joy and fixed us a very nice breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Only complaint was that we didn't take time to enjoy the hot tub. Of course that isn't their fault :) 」

「We were there for a family wedding. The bed and breakfast place worked for us. We were so busy with family, we didn't spend too much time at the house. When we were there, we didn't see or hear our host. So we didn't feel we were being a bother to her. This is our first time at a bed and breakfast and it was a concern as to how this worked. Lilac was very welcoming and breakfast was nice. The house is located within 5 mins of all the cute shops. We enjoyed our stay.」

「We had a girls getaway to Frankenmuth and stayed in this adorable house. It was beautiful. Decorated beautifully for Christmas with trees and all. From the moment we walked in we felt at home. Would stay here for sure again. 」
