「I have no concerns with the property it's a very pleasant place to stay with an awesome view of the ocean. This February we had very unusual warm weather it would be nice to have a fan to where we could get some air circulation 72 was not what I thought I was going to get but it did not take away from the quality place so either bring one if the weather is going to be super warm or perhaps one could be purchased and left in the downstairs closet.withawawesome awesome view of the ocean」

「We came for my fiancés birthday and stayed 2 1/2 days. We spoke with the property manager right before our arrival. She was super helpful and courteous. When we came in the home we found it just perfect for the four of us. It was super clean and comfy. We strolled down to the beach several times throughout our stay, and With the hot tub on the deck overlooking the ocean it was a perfect relaxing little Birthday get away. The sunsets were the icing on the cake!」

「This house has the best views, beach access and perfect stay for 4 people. My sister and I took our mom here after we had stayed here once before. Knowing it was a perfect & safe place for the elderly to watch the ocean. This was probably her last vacation with us and we made it memorable for her. Thank you 」

「Enjoyed staying during a work/vacation trip with my husband and daughter. We truly enjoyed the coziness of the home as well as the beautiful view out of the large windows/doors. Would definitely stay again.」

「We had a wonderful stay at this property perched on a hillside above Dillon Beach. The house is 360 views you can watch the sunrise and sunset from this location. The mountain has deer, hawks, bunnies. The house had all the amenities you'd need for a dinner. The house is perched on a hill so you will get a workout in and need to be in good shape. The house has about 90 steps up so it's a bit of a haul for luggage and groceries but I thought worth it because of the view. 」

「Our stay was overall really good.We did get a very wet weekend and we didn't know that to go from the kitchen to the rooms/bathroom we had to pass through the open patio, so we'd get wet and the floor got soaked as we came in and out.Other than that we had a lovely stay! The hot tub worked well, we watched DVDs and were able to prepare all our meals.I'd definitely come back.」

Everything in the listing is exactly as described; the house is very well-appointed, the bedrooms, beds and linens are very comfortable, every kitchen and living room appliance is available at your fingertips. 「This is the perfect place to unplug and unwind. Especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub under the stars every evening. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals with great markets nearby. Lots of quality cafe's and restaurants just a short distance from the cottage. Definitely recommend this property for a quiet peaceful escape. Sleeping under the redwoods is totally awesome!」

「My family and I loved the eclectic seaside cabin decor and atmosphere. The house was cozy and quiet. The short walk to Salmon Creek beach and the dunes was very nice. Host was prompt with communication and answered any questions I had. We will definitely make this our go to when we visit Bodega Bay!」

「Very nice riverfront property in a quiet neighborhood near Guerneville on the Russian River. View of the river off the back deck was quite scenic and the hot tub was an added pleasure.The interior was modern , clean and met all our needs. The drive to Santa Rosa was a bit longer than we’d like (About 30 minutes) but we got used to it. We would stay again if we go back to Sonoma county.」

Wonderful site, a few tweaks would make it amazing

"We booked a one-night experience for ourselves, our two sons and their respective wives at this highly rated facility as part of our vacation. We arrived early for our check-in, so one of three rooms was available which was fine. The rooms were large but had a musty smell when we entered. The bed was comfortable, but most of the amenities are dated. That said, this was meant to be a “lodge”, so our expectations may have been too high. The hotel facilities, which included a small pool, hot tub, gym, spa and a bocce ball court, overlooking the coast. The quality and tastes of the food was average at best. We enjoyed some “happy hour” snacks and breakfast on-site. Overall, the food was a bit bland and a touch too salty. The view from the restaurants was spectacular nonetheless. Overall, we had a wonderful visit to the area and this facility."
