In the picturesque Portixeddu will find our apartment Casa Valeria. She welcomes us with its cozy sea view terrace, where guests alike to sit down and enjoy. We enter the rustic traditionally furnished living and dining area, which draws its coziness and by the rich endowment of expressive art ceramics over the entrance door. Next to the fireplace allows the extendable sofa if needed a fifth place to sleep. In the back we pass through an arch in a partly separate bedroom that provides two single beds. Laterally, the living and dining area turns into a practical kitchen that is designed visually appealing separated. We finally reach a hallway to the bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet and bidet. Also in the adjoining bedroom with double bed enjoying the view of the sea, and we experience by equipping a soothing romantic atmosphere. All in all, invites the Casa Valeria to relax, either with meals at great ocean and panoramic views or enjoy a leisurely glass of wine at sunset.

Portixeddu, belonging to the province of Carbonia-Iglesias, located in the southwest of the second largest Mediterranean island by the sea. The village consists of a small number of carefully made-up and simplicity in simple houses. Many will only be used in the summer as a holiday home. The Mediterranean plantings such. As large palm trees, exude a pleasant Mediterranean flair.
In the back of the place, the mountain Mumollonis with its 500 meters above sea level rises. M. On a small winding road with impressive impressions you get to Capo Pecora, an impressive rock formation, which lies directly in the sea.
Located on the doorstep bay, the fine sandy beach slopes gently into the sea gorgeous, invites children of all ages to a bathing. The water temperature is even in October, still at about 24 degrees Celsius.
There can many recreational activities such as hiking, sailing, horseback riding, and ball games are being made on the beach. In some sea breeze and surfing is possible.
Portixeddu a small restaurant, which is open almost all year, just wait a pizzeria with exceptional sea views, seasonal to guests.

Magnifique séjour en famille
Nous avons séjourné quelques jours avec 2 enfants et 1 bébé de 4 mois. Il ne manquait absolument rien. La location est mieux que sur les photos et l accueil à été très chaleureux. La vue est sublime. C’est le cœur lourd que nous avons dû partir pour une autre location. Un grand merci.

Bellissimo soggiorno, la casa è semplice ma ben attrezzata, è a disposizione una griglia vista mare per le cene è una lavatrice se serve. È dotata di aria condizionata, il custode è stato molto gentile ed i proprietari ci hanno fornito tutte le informazioni. Lo consiglio! Grazie!

Eine Wohnung für tierliebende. W
Wohnung selbst war wie in der Beschreibung, im Aussenbereich einige Maengel. Dieselauslauf durch Nachbar beim Tanken, unterernaehrte 2 Katzen, die sich nicht abwimmeln liesen, ausserdem ein grosser Hund vom Schaefer, der sich auch nicht abwimmeln ließ. So dass wir uns dann bei so schönem Wetter entschlossen drin zu Fruehstuecken. Schade. Den Vermieter hatten wir mehrmals versucht zu erreichen leider ohne Erfolg.

Qualche accorgimento per l ottimo
Posizione ottima, purtroppo la tv non funziona, la casa necessiterebbe di una ripulita e di manutenzione dagli infissi per finire con la scopa e il moccio per pulire che sono vecchissimi e sporchi. Il signor Armas gentile e disponibile ha anche cercato un tecnico per la tv ma nulla ...10 gg senza! Una ripulita generale alla casa dentro e fuori e sarebbe l ottimo!

Schöne, etwas spartanische Ferienwohnung in idealer Lage. Strand fußläufig erreichbar, Meerblick.
Die Ferienwohnung war sauber, aber spartanisch eingerichtet. Man findet alles vor, was man braucht, muss aber auf jeglichen Komfort verzichten (z.B. gemütliche Couch oder Wasserkocher), was im Hochsommer sicher kein Problem ist. Wir waren im Frühjahr dort und mussten auch mal drinnen verweilen, da fiel es mehr auf. Die Wohnung ist nicht kindgerecht (Gasherd, kein Hochstuhl, Kinderbett passt nicht ins Schlafzimmer und steht dann im Wohnraum), wenn man das weiß und gutes Wetter ist, ist das aber kein großes Problem. Ein zusammenklappbares Kinderbett würde schon ins Schlafzimmer passen. Als störend empfunden wir die Renovierungsarbeiten, die in der Wohnung über uns teilweise bis in die Abendstunden durchgeführt wurden. Deswegen auch nur drei Sterne. Sehr positiv erwähnt werden sollte der Umstand, dass eine Waschmaschine vorhanden ist. Das ist gerade mit Kindern echt klasse. Insgesamt ist es aber eine wirklich hübsche und ausreichende Ferienwohnung in toller Lage mit einem Traumstrand.

Sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit Meerblick
Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön am Hang eines kleinen Strandortes mit Meerblick und einer Terrasse Richtung Süden, auf der den ganzen Tag Sonne ist. In der Küche gibt es alles, was man zum Kochen im Urlaub braucht! Einen sehr netten Ansprechpartner vor Ort kann man immer erreichen. Ingesamt ein perfekter Aufenthalt!

Tolle ruhige Lage und Aussicht, einfach, aber ausreichend
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, supernah zum Meer, ruhig und idyllisch... Morgens kommen Schafe beim Frühstück vorbei... Küchenausstattung sehr basic, aber sonst alles vorhanden! Nette Betreuung!!

Erholsame Tage in traumhaft wilder Umgebung
Wir verbrachten zwei tolle Wochen in der einfach aber funktionell und liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. W-Lan z.B. benötige ich persönlich nicht im Urlaub, aber Klimaanlage und Waschmaschine sind mit einem Kleinkind sehr hilfreich. Ebenso, dass wir auf der Terrasse unseren kleinen Racker (sowie Meer und Berge) im Blick hatten, er aber ausreichend Platz hatte, sich dort auszutoben. Ein besonderes Erlebnis waren hier Schäfer und Schafe, die alle paar Tage direkt an der Wohnung vorbeikamen. Der wunderschöne nahe Sandstrand lädt zum Baden und bei ausreichend Dünung zum Wellenreiten ein. Die Strandbar in dessen Mitte hatte sogar noch im Oktober offen, ebenso wie die leckere Pizzeria oberhalb des Dorfes. Die angrenzenden Berge des Sulcis Iglesiente bieten ausgiebige Wandermöglichkeiten, die wir ohne Kleinkind bestimmt noch mehr genutzt hätten. Kleinere Problemchen wie ein übergelaufenes Spülbecken in Verbindung mit in der Küche austretendem Wasser wurden unkompliziert und schnell durch den netten und hilfsbereiten Verwalter Dino behoben. Wer sich im Mittelmeerraum über Ameisen in der Wohnung beklagt, sollte an der eigenen Sauberkeit arbeiten: Mit regelmäßigem Abspülen und Wegputzen von süßen Resten bzw. Aufbewahren in geschlossenen Gefäßen ließ sich dieses "Problem" einfach in den Griff bekommen. Portixeddu ist zwar etwas mühsam durch kurvenreiche Bergsträßchen zu erreichen, dafür belohnt es einen aber mit einem authentischen Sardinien und einer traumhaften Landschaft. Alles in allem verbrachten wir hier sehr erholsame Tage und werden irgendwann bestimmt wiederkommen.

Stunning views and peaceful location
After a twisty, mountainous drive you arrive at Portixeddu with an absolutely beautiful beach. The apartment is clean, bright and welcoming with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. There are chairs and a parasol to use to enjoy the outside area and a barbecue although we did not use this during our week here. Every day we walked down to the local beach, a matter of minutes away from our front door on foot! Mr Armas was on hand to help with any requests we had, and clearly wanted us to have a comfortable stay. To buy provisions you need to drive to Buggeru or use the local fruit and veg stall a 10 minute walk away. If we had one minor criticism, it would be that there was no WiFi, although the initial description of the property seemed to suggest that there was. There are a nice amount of places to get food - 3 restaurants, 2 beach cafes and a beach bar and there are some nice activities. We enjoyed snorkelling around the rocky area of the beach and had a great boat trip with a local company and the friendly host Nicola! All in all a chilled holiday in a quiet and scenic location.

Gepflegte Ferienwohnung in einer Wohneinheit mit mehreren Wohnungen.Gut ausgestattet.Schöner Freisitz mit phantastischem Blick auf Portixeddu und die Bucht, im Sommer möglicherweise sehr heiß.Günstige Lage für Touren im Iglesiente. Reibungsloser Ablauf der Vermietung und Betreuung vor Ort. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Buggerru, Restaurants im Ort ( im Oktober noch offen). Sehr empfehlenswert.

Charmant appartement dans une petite ville calme et proche de la plage
Séjour très agréable, bonne prise en charge et très bon accueil! L'appartement est petit mais il y a tout le confort. La plage à proximité, un restaurant très bon et de belles balades autour (piscinas, capo pecora, le temple/grotte à fluminimaggiore, iglesias...) La localisation était parfaite pour nous avec 2 enfants qui n'aiment pas trop la voiture... Portixeddu est une petite ville et nous y étions en avril donc peut-être moins de monde, c'était parfait pour nous, mais à savoir pour ceux qui préfèrent les endroits moins "isolés". (pas de supermarché sur place, il faut aller en voiture a buggeru ou flumini, 10 min)

Location à 2 pas de la mer dans une baie magnifique encore préservé du bétonnage touristique.
Location idéale pour 2 personnes ou une famille de 4 personnes. La situation est idéale pour rayonner dans la région. l'appartement ce situe sur une grande baie sauvage sans constructions anarchique. Seule chaque extrémité de la baie sont construites (petits villages). Depuis la terrasse on domine la mer. A gauche les montagnes qui plongent. A droite l'eau limpide et turquoise. Au milieu ~4km de plage sauvage de sable fin en pente douce (juste 2 petits établissements balnéaires). Pour les restaurants suivre les conseilles du guide du routard nous n'avons pas été déçu. Eviter juste la pizzeria qui semble vous offrir une vue sur le coucher de soleil. De 1 cela n'est pas le cas car la terrasse est coté baie (certe très belle) et de 2 les pizzas sont vraiment quelconque. Petite remarque : les soirées en weekend peuvent-être un peu bruyantes (animations sur la place en bord de mer). Obligation de fermer les fenêtres et du coup mettre la climatisation. Portixeddu (dite Portichedou) est un endroit ou j'aurais plaisir à retourner !

Wundervolles Appartement in wundervoller Lage!
Vielen Dank für die herrvorragende Zeit in einem gemütlich eingerichteten Appartement, in dem es an nichts fehlt. Großartig auch die Betreuung durch Dino Armas, der uns sehr freundlich empfangen hat und zu jeder Zeit behilflich war. Auf jeden Fall bis zum nächsten Mal!

Wir waren 4 Nächte im casa valeria und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Der Verwalter Herr Armas ist super nett und hat uns sogar selbst gebackenen Kuchen vorbei gebracht. Leider konnte er nur italienisch-und wir nicht- wir hätten gerne noch mit ihm geplaudert. Bis auf die etwas harten Betten hatten wir nichts zu bemängeln. Alles bestens und wir werden es weiter empfehlen.
