Cleaning services were poor as we returned to an open room door and room only half cleaned. No explanation from management. A bit disappointed given the high rate we paid. "

Special shout out to Constanta for making sure all our needs were met whether we were lounging at the pool or on the patio dining area or dining inside! "The floor of our room was filthy; our feet would be black on the bottom if we didn’t wear shoes. The toilet ran constantly and at one point overflowed. I will say that the staff was very attentive to our needs and comments. They sent us a daily check-in, and responded quickly when we needed something. We had a kitchenette, but there was no baking sheet and only 2 sets of silverware"

"This is our second trip to this property. It was great. We were awakened and dealt with a noisey neighbor the first night, but fortunately, the hotel was able to calm them down for the remainder of our stay. The staff and their crew were ready to do a great job. The charges to our credit card along with the credits are a bit difficult to understand, but we think that the result is correct."
