「I did not even stay at this property. Even though listing was up on expedia, as soon as I booked, the hotel sent me a message saying it is not available. I've asked for help to cancel to get my money back, they told me to contact Expedia. Fair enough, I've contacted expedia explained the situation. Expedia said they could not contact the hotel and did not refund my money. A service I didn't even use!! Hotel didn't move a finger to help. On top of that , the daily rate presented is misleading ,...

「Excellent location! 3 minutes walk to the Grace Bay beach. Lots of dining options, shopping and groceries. Our room had pool view. It was clean and spacious with in unit laundry and full kitchen. Overall an excellent stay.」

「This resort is away from everything but still is not more than 30 minutes from the airport. Clean, modern with a nicely manicured exterior. There is a restaurant that offers a basic menu, and you could spend your entire trip here if you wanted. 」
