「All round excellent」

「Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was fine for what we needed. We had dogs with us. We had dinner in the bar, it was ok. But we decided not to stay for breakfast. Great for getting the ferry. The hotel is old and needs a lot of money to spend on it but the owners are trying. We would stay again as it’s affordable and very friendly. 」

「Wonderfull stay in a excellently converted former stable building behing the main house. Perfectly clean and cozy. Best for a solo traveler or couple used to a smaller room. Free parking in the courtyard and just a few minute walk to center of town. Owner was very friendly and offered travel tips.」

「Looking to getaway for a few days this is the place with quiet spot along side the river bank and lovely walks beside you close to the town (couple miles ).if you need it and local store with all you need the only interaction we had was with the birds and the red squirrel (tuffty) who came around for a visit regularly great place for a short rest 😀」
