Home away

This is a great little house. Clean and bright. I was traveling with my parents in their 70’s. We drove to the Wedge Overlook and looped through buckhorn wash. Great location in a tiny town.

Cozy Small Town Rental

The focus of this Mother’s Day Trip was a geocache up by Patter’s Pond which while probably beautiful in summer was under several feet of snow requiring a round trip 20 mile hike. This cozy place in Ferron out us within striking distance earlier morning start time. It was also a wonderful place to come back to in the evening! The beds are super comfortable, there is enough hot water, and the front porch is peaceful. I was told that when the sun rises in Utah, the world goes still for a moment. I think I need to be outside of Ferron (too many barking dogs and roosters) for that to happen. The front porch was comfortable and the mountian view pretty while I was trying to catch the “witching hour”. The only thing that could have been improved would have been less air fresheners and a tea kettle. The flower arrangements and small plant touches were fun!
