Great homebase for seeing the area
My two teenage sons and I came here so that the oldest could check out the University of Arkansas. This place is super comfy and roomy, and located in a good spot where we could just walk to get something to eat or check out the Razorback Greenway. No complaints!

Girls trip
I booked online and checked in with ease at the front door so I never had communication with an agent. The online pictures were accurate of the nicely decorated 2 bed, 2 bath condo. Kitchen and living space is downstairs and kitchen had all the gagets we needed for our 3 night stay. Nice bathrooms and closets upstairs. There isn't a bath on the 1st floor and the steps are steep going upstairs so if you have anyone who has knee problems or is older you may want to consider another option. The property is located about a 10 minute walk from the downtown square and since the weather was chilly and a bit rainey we only walked 1 time. Property is next door to Walgreens and has restaurants very close by. We would stay again.

Fun getaway!
The Rover was the perfect spot for a little getaway! It was very clean upon arrival and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The Rover is a quick 3-minute drive to campus and Fayetteville Square. It was super easy to get everywhere we wanted to go! The only thing we disliked about this property was the road noise. The Rover is located right by a very busy intersection and there was a lot of traffic noise. We had earplugs the second night and that solved the problem! Also, the main bedroom has a door to a cozy porch, but the door doesn’t have any type of curtain or shade so there is a lot of light that comes in from the Walgreens across the street. Bring a sleeping mask! We enjoyed our stay overall!

The property was exactly as advertised and close to downtown. It was clean, comfortable and was perfect for us! The neighborhood was great, easy to find and had free parking. We had a great time and would return again.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property. The carpet is disgusting, the sheets are cheap and scratchy, the blind is off of the door to the patio in the bedroom which makes it too light to sleep, and there is only enough hot water for one person to partially shower. The property management company was very nice, they sent someone to look at the hot water heater twice. Unfortunately, they determined it was working; however, it is not adequate.

College Visit
We ere visiting the college for my son and it was the perfect location. It was very clean and the perfect size for us. We were close to the University, restaurants and Dickson street. Great location! But you are close to a busy street, so it was a little loud without the night. You also did hear the train every once in a while. The master bedroom could use a shade over the balcony door. It does get very bright in the morning. Also, they do only give you four large bath towels. You could use some extra towels. Other then that it was a wonderful stay. We would definitely come back.

We are a retired couple with 2 little dogs. Very comfortable, perfect size, easy location to get places. This is the best stocked vacation rental we've stayed at. We enjoyed Faywtteville. We will definitely stay here again when we come back!!!

Perfect!
We absolutely loved staying in this beautiful place. The location is close to Downtown Square and Dickson St; yet provides a relaxing retreat at the end of the day. Arsaga’s across the street was fabulous for brunch on Sunday. I recommend this place 100%!

Family getaway
Great location, easy checking process and parking. There’s two great restaurants just across the street (pizza and breakfast). Only minor complaint is it’s close to a stop light so there was some acceleration easily heard through the windows at night. Nothing a white noise all or ear plugs couldn’t solve after first night. The location is super convenient to explore all of NW Arkansas.

This was a really tidy and pretty rental. We enjoyed our stay here with our three kids. One thing worth mentioning is that all bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs, which may pose a challenge to some looking to stay here. Overall a great rental and lovely neighborhood as well.
