Not a pleasant experience at all.Expedia showed 7.2 stars on review which seemed great for the price.arrived and the hotel looks nothing like the photos posted online.When I went to check in,I waited at the desk for several minutes before someone came out to help me. When she did,she brought her bowl of food with her.I understand having to eat while at work but I had already checked in online including a picture of my license so it shouldn’t have taken but a few moments.SHE WAS EATING HER FOOD AS SHE WAS ASSISTING ME!Also everything I already filled out online I had to do again,so what was the point in online “easy check in”.We weren’t at the hotel long before we left for our show,came back about midnight and went to bed.I woke up this morning with itchy welts,which warranted a check.I moved bedding around and found nothing obvious,however the wall curtains were covered in bed bugs and fecal.Igrabbed my stuff and we left.I contacted an agent through Expedia,who did their best to assist me in this.They contacted the hotel which states they will get an exterminator to “access” the situation,before offering any type of refund.Silly me for not taking photos as I was absolutely disgusted.When I called the hotel to make sure they got the complaint,she was not sympathetic nor acted like she cared.Don’t book here,not only bed bugs but poor customer service.I left an emotional wreck, and have itchy bites all over me!
