"This was the most perfect place to think and unwind over a week, while being able to head out and see nearby sites. The pool, pizza oven, and barbeque allowed us to relax and chat; the grounds allowed us enough space not to be crowded. Perfect!"

"We arrived at 1pm and ended up waiting outside the property for 3 hours before we could check in despite the sign on the door saying reception was open from 2pm. There was nobody around to help us and nobody to answer the phone when we called. The property itself was ok but very basic and there was bugs in the room. There is nothing at the complex in terms of anywhere to get any food / drink and everywhere is a drive away. The swimming pool was also disappointing and quite dirty."

"Excellent rapport qualité/prix! La maison est grande, nous étions 15, on ne se marche pas dessus. L extérieur est grand et calme, terrain de pétanque, four à pizza et bbq, parfait. Le petite maison en plus est une bonne surprise. Les environs sont sympa. Netflix compris dans la loc. propriétaire un peu dur à joindre avant d arriver, nous étions un peu inquiet, mais finalement ce fut un super séjour. Bref parfait pour les grandes familles."

"The house is set in grape vines in a quiet counry location and is very spacious and well appointed. The hosts were very lovely and we qere poilt with some freshly baked tart and qine from the vineyard on arrival. The kids were very excited by their bedroom as it was very cute ! "This property was perfect for our family. There are so many dining areas to choose from that accommodated us all that also provided plenty of space and down time. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of fridge space which was certainly needed for a family of our size. The pool was fantastic, very clean, heated and tiled steps that made it accessible for the older members. The array of games were enjoyed by children and adults alike, the tennis courts were a real hit and very well...

"Séjour agréable, la résidence de plein air est agréable et bien entretenue. En revanche, on a eu beaucoup de difficultés à les joindre car il s'est avéré que leur box était HS, pas possibilités de faire les CB, (caution et paiement), et on n'a pas pu du tout joindre l'établissement pour préparer notre arrivée, et cela nous a valu des sueurs froides, car on ne savait pas comment récupérer les clefs -, sachant que c'était un dimanche . On a dû changer notre agenda, pour arriver pendant les heures...

"We rented the house as a base during a meditation retreat in nearby Temple sur Lot. It is a wonderful home, very comfy, lots of places to relax and read a book. Kitchen was well-stocked. Self-check in, no humans

"I stayed here because there was a pool. When I arrived about 8 or 9pm there was a self-check-in at the gate. I was not sent a code, but a friend who spoke French called and got it for me. It was not sent through Hotels.com or by email. Without calling I would have not been able to stay here at all and would have been far from Agen with no room. It is VERY FAR from Agen, not in Agen as listed on the hotels.com site. The pool was covered for the night and opened at 8am the next morning. Check-out was at 10. There is no ice machine, no refrigerator, no hotel staff. I got up at 8 to use the pool for an hour. When I checked out the hotel front desk person called a cab for me. It was about 30 euro to get back to Agen. This is the only person I spoke to during my entire stay and she was lovely and helpful and understanding of my baby French as I counted on my fingers to tell her my room number. If you aren't prepared for this odd system, you will not be able to check-in if you arrive late. There is an elevator. There is no communication with guests. Pool is very small and was being cleaned during the one hour I was able to use it during my stay. I swam anyway, but the vacuum was underfoot and would not have been safe for children to swim."
