「It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. 」

「The cottage was very clean and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable place to relax after a long day of exploring Newport. Very close to restaurants and shopping but walking isn't really an option because the neighborhood leads to a busy road with no sidewalks. Very inexpensive uber ride just about anywhere though. We enjoyed our stay very much.」

When we were packing to move, a person who claimed to be the manager of the hotel called our room and told us to vacate the room right that moment. He was very impolite.
