「It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. 」

「I had a 4 day stay and everything was lovely! the town was small and quaint and perfect distance to newport and providence (30 mins). The Vrbo was clean, comfortable, and we utilized the board games they had. We walked the grounds of the farm and it was so beautiful. Had everything we needed. 」

「We go to Newport every summer with friends and have stayed at other short term rentals as well as many hotels. This stay cannot be more centrally location, so spacious and clean and easy and will definately be booked next summer for our stay. Cant say enough!!! Thank you」

「We had five adults stay in the townhouse over a long weekend to see the mansions for Christmas. The townhouse was clean, well appointed, and in a great location to many shops and restaurants. We would stay here again and highly recommend it!」

「The condominium was very nice as described. However a few glitches at check-in: no keys in the lockbox so it involved a few phone calls including with VRBO customer service-finally fount them in another unit's lock box and the information sheet provided by VRBO had errors-no contact phone number for the owner of the unit and and incorrect password for WIFI, which the owner also had to communicate. Human errors do happen, but these two were rather critical ones.」
