Downstairs there is a great place to grill outside and a fun room with a pool table, corn hole game, etc. The kitchen was great for making breakfast or dinner. The bedrooms are comfortable and decorated nicely. The hosts could be contacted easily and answered our questions quickly. We would enjoy a future stay at this house.”

The condo was very clean, comfortable queen bed, nice quality toilet paper and paper towels which might not mean much to some but I really appreciate. “This house is fantastic. Pleanty of room, spacious bedrooms - nice kitchen - abundant parking. Also, it is a bit out of town, which means lots of space and quiet. We stayed there in January and didn’t get to do much outdoors- but the dock is wonderful and we saw many ducks on the water. I would highly recommend this house and will rent it again next year. Owner very attentive and quick to reply to questions. ”

“ This rental is in an excellent location. Parking was available so that we could leave our vehicle and walk everywhere. “Beautiful house and property, right on the Neuse River. Lots of space for six of us, every amenity provided. Loved the coffee bar, hot tub, game room, and ability to spread out and grab a quiet spot for R and R. Extremely convenient to the Maola at Riverside (wedding/event venue)....we were able to walk from the house to the venue.Dog park within easy walking distance as well...and even into town (one mile)...Would definitely book again the next time in town to visit family..Very easy check……
