「The location and property are amazing. Not oceanfront as I thought by the pictures. Home was older and quirky, but charming. Unfortunately on our first night we were woken by rodents in the ceiling and walls. I made owner aware and she apologized. I emailed her two more times about the same issue. No response which was disappointing. There was no sign of the rodents in the actual house or we would have left. I would have thought this kind of inconvenience would get more than an apology. 「Came for a family wedding. Stayed at Cottage House with other family staying at the Oasis house on grounds. Very peaceful. Oh by the way you need to attend to the on-site patio restrooms which are filthy and leaf strewn. Not useable. Otherwise good」

「Stop looking and book this property. Communication with the host was responsive and easy. The property is out in the country and is nice and quiet. Pics are accurate and it is clean well kept. According to my daughters (11 & 13) the sofa bed was very nice and comfy. Regular beds are nice and comfortable. If we are ever in the area again, we will be booking this property! 」
