The location was good. The price was reasonable. The amenities were a bit lacking(no gym, no pool). The TV and shower were good. The room was a good size, but there were a couple problems. One problem was the toilet was difficult to get a good flush. Another problem was the sink was very slow to drain. However, the overwhelmingly big problem was the bed. It was very, very hard and uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on a sheet of plywood with a thin piece of fabric on top! It's time to upgrade the mattresses!
Overall, it was a very dated hotel in need of updating. The decorations are old and tired too. It's 2024 not 1974. The hand written signs around the property were faded and torn and gave a bit of a shabby feel to the place. This could be fixed in one day if they cared. The breakfast was adequate, but there was no yogurt, no eggs, no meat and no peanut butter so protein was almost non existent. They did have bagels, but everybody shared one big tub of cream cheese. Imagine a hundred different people sticking their individual forks and knives in one shared food product. No thanks. The hotel has the potential to be very good if they upgraded the mattresses and the decor. I am not sure if I would stay there again.
