「The outdoor space was the game changer here. The backyard was nicely done to accommodate hanging outside most of your trip. The pool was the highlight. It was larger than expected and the deep end was 5 foot deep. Our 5 kids (ages 9-14) played in it daily and multiple times. Outdoor games and plenty of seating (in the sun and in shade) were provided. The walk to the beach was 5 mins and nice. Publix was great as we could easily walk there. Only negative is the lack of restaurants within walking...

「We had a great time at this house. The location was great, very nice walk to the beach, in between both the Times Square area to the north and the state park to the south. We loved hanging out on the front patio watching the sunset but it was great first thing throughout the day as well. The pool was very refreshing and perfect for after spending the day at the beach. 「We stayed in two different units for almost 2 months. The location is perfect!! Park your car- you don’t need one- and walk everywhere. Recommend renting chairs and umbrella at the beach, pizza at Peteys upper deck, Philly cheesesteaks at lani Kai, breakfast at moms down the street. You can’t beat the location of this place. Nice neighbors, pool, and beach across the street. 」

「Property is as described. Very cute inside and also clean. The pool is depicted slightly bigger in the photos than in real life. Honestly, a great location with accessibility to the beach and other local restaurants. The only complaint is that the walls are super thin in which we could hear the people below us and vise versa leading to a noise complaint when walking around the unit. Overall, great place however. Air conditioning works great as well. 」
