The room was clean. The bathroom needed some maintenance. The sink was very slow in draining and the water pressure in the shower was low. The staff were courteous, and the complementary breakfast was good.

It’s a little outdated but clean. The staff was friendly the pool and hot tub are clean and very large. The breakfast was typical but nice to have. The staff manning the food was kind and kept everything stocked. If we are in Escanaba again this is where we will stay.

Room smelled really musty and hotel needs better carpet, as it’s very soiled and dirty. Hotel needs renovated. Staff nice and convenient location.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. However, the building was old, halls & rooms were painfully barren, carpets were dirty, and the bed felt old. The photos made everything look amazing, but our experience didn't match. I'm uncomfortable writing a negative review, but I wouldn't stay here again.

Room was very clean and staff was very friendly Did get checked in a little later then 4:00due to room not ready but only like 45 minutes Receptionist apologized several times for delay Was not a fan of the breakfast though not much there waffles and biscuits and gravy Would have liked some eggs at least All in all was a nice stay and beds were very comfortable

The hotel was easy to access with dining possibilities and shopping near by. I can't remember a whole lot but that only means our stay was problem free. The were accommodating in allowing us to book the room for an additional night and staff were friendly.

Ok place but not worth the cost. Online lists “Season” lounge but all 3 times we’ve been here it’s never been open. Pool area is nice and staff is very friendly and willing to help.

Cons: Outdated and old, which gave the impression of being dirty. Unable to fill our water bottles because both water coolers didn’t work. VERY rude front desk clerk - not welcoming at all. Pros: beds were very comfortable. Very quiet even though it was crowded. Breakfast host was lovely - SUPER friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was very good.

The lady that checked us in was so nice!! It was a quick stay - got in late & left early, but she was remarkable!! The gym was nice too - could use a fan as it got hot in there. Breakfast was ok - Eggs would have been a nice option.

The room was very clean and nice. The only thing that wasn’t 5 star was breakfast… the eggs were cold and gross and the sausage didn’t taste right. Waffles were good so we pitched the eggs and ate waffles!
