"This was SO perfect. Just what we needed. Peaceful setting by the Watauga. Close enough to town to get eat/shop/etc., but super quiet cabin. I imagine if the guests in the big cabin were loud or rowdy it might be less so but that absolutely wasn't the case this past weekend. We are saving this listing for sure!"

"We loved watching the pond from the couch through the big picture glass windows, and a squirrel and a peacock seemed to enjoy watching us too! It's so cozy and charming. Mrs. Pat is charming too. Pay attention when they show you where the light switches are! She was quick to help us when we had a question. We hope to stay there again sometime."

"We stayed at this property to be close to family we were visiting. The home was very clean and we appreciated the layout- big kitchen open to the living room. Rocking chairs on the front porch were nice. There was a dog that lived nearby that was on the property/porch whenever we came home. He was very friendly.
