「官網沒有告知熱水供應有限的問題。並且checking in時也沒告知熱水供應有限的事情。導致入住後才發現這項問題，在夜晚零度的時候洗澡到一半沒有供應洗澡熱水，這實在非常令人覺得困擾並且感到驚訝。立即向櫃檯反應也只是回答30分鐘後就會再次提供熱水。並沒有說明提供後，還能使用時間限度。也沒有任何方式可以了解現在到底會不會再次發生突然沒有熱水的問題。櫃檯的解決方式只有提供另一個場地沖澡。但是詢問後，即便到另一個場地洗澡一樣會有這樣的問題。未來任何人入住，都需要考量這樣的問題並且納入是否訂購該飯店的評估項目。」

「Es war eine schöne Unterkunft, auch gut zu erreichen. Geparkt haben wir in dem Parkhaus nebenan. Unsere Unterkunft hatte eine schöne Aussicht, war geräumig und alles da was man braucht. Check-In ohne Probleme, die Codes hatte man per SMS und Email geschickt bekommen. Das einzig negative: Im Bad lief das Wasser nicht richtig ab. Im Schlafzimmer wurde in den Schränken und unter dem Bett selten geputzt. 」

「The house is a bit outside town in a separate peaceful island. If you like more peaceful location, this is a good option. The town itself is easily reachable if you have a car. Multiple grocery stores are also nearby. The suite was well equipped and is suitable for two persons. The owner was also nice and we had easy communication with her of the practical accommodation matters. 」

「There is nothing negative we have to say about Espen’s rental. The location was stunningly beautiful, the houseboat was clean, spacious, and well-stocked. We wanted for nothing. The beds we comfortable and plentiful!! We cooked well and ate comfortably with a big group! Everything in the listing is accurate And as described. My only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer!」

「Huge impressive villa with loads of space and a grand balcony perfect for viewing the Aurora (which we did nightly in early September). Nice short walk to the local Extra supermarket. Would have been 5* if the undertaking to meet and introduce us to the villa had been fulfilled. No one came and some aspects (eg the cooking facilities, the wonderful coffee maker; the microwave etc - all actually very impressive) took us a few days to understand and manage.」

「Pros: Very convenient location, close to everything. The room is decent sized. Nice harbor view from the room. Good breakfast selection although there could be a line during peak time as we were there during February. Local tour desk is located in the lobby for easy booking. Cons: Customer service not the best - On the first night of our stay, there was a school party going on on the floor beneath us, and the music was so loud we can feel the vibration in the floor, it went on until 11:30PM....

Lovely

"Lovely hotel. Loved the all day coffee and the 5-7pm waffle bar everyday. Such a good idea. Lovely staff and room was fine too. One little thing about it: not enough light. There were 2 small lights and no overhead big light. Since there is no sun at all, it would have been nice to be able to see in the room better than I did. But apart from that, lovely place"

"太好了，坐機場巴士10分鐘就到了，櫃臺人員太客氣了，特羅姆瑟太好了，空氣好，很棒，與太太看到極光了，是晚上12點。櫃臺小姐幫忙很多，因我們到以色列機票被取消，由于以黎衝突，櫃臺小姐幫忙連絡，非常感謝。總之，很棒的旅程，5天4夜。"

"This hotel is located at the centre by the harbor side. It is convenient to walk to the airport bus stops or the meeting point of northern light tour or any site seeing pick up point. They offer breakfast, tea time and also dinner for guests. The room is cozy and the hotel is not next to the main road, so that you would have a quiet and comfortable night for sleeping, especially after a northern light tour. Last but not least, their staffs are friendly, helpful and full of hospitality. "
