「The staff are very helpful and friendly, especially the breakfast staff. The breakfast was good with a huge variety. We also had the roast lunch on Sunday, which was good value and very enjoyable. We had a platinum room which overlooked the plaza and marina. Lovely room but the traffic was quite nosy( something to be aware of, if you want to use the balcony, we didn’t in January!) the hotel is very central to the town and the bus station is a short walk away. The buses are very easy to use....

「Room bathroom looked "tired" and could do with a refit. Room was nice. Bar and restaurant were very nice. Staff were very good, very polite and friendly. Would stay here again if back in Jersey. Although not the best location as a taxi ride away from St Helier. Each way was around £12 but hotel was cheaper than ones around St Helier. 」

「The room we were in had been renovated just a bit if a squeeze bur was wekk equiped. The breakfast was good quality and fir the first time I found an hoiel toaster that actually did the job in 1 go. The evening meal was also great value and copious amounts Had a problem with noise from the room underneath but sorted by night porter after my unsuccessful request at 2am! This was dealt with on checkout as well. Altogether a good value hotel 」

「Wonderful stay at L’Horizon. Staff extremely friendly, go above and beyond to make holiday extra special. The best location, on the beach at St Brelade’s bay. The beach is fabulous in rain or shine, wonderful views from sea front balcony. Cosy rooms, great pillows! Food and wine excellent. Fabulous local bus service (12A) and close to the airport via local taxi (or bus #12).」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the quality of the service, cleanliness, bar, restaurant, food etc etc. The employees were great too. However, the hotel is not ideal for someone that has impaired mobility or uses a wheelchair, because of steps within the common parts of the building and does not have a lift to access the upper floors' bedrooms. Whilst we were there, some decoration works were commenced indicating a recognition for ongoing maintenance is constant. The hotel would benefit from...
