「This place is great. Central in old town, close to metro, tram, the cathedral, the Ribeira market, and in a very lively area with restaurants and bars (pinxtos!). I accidentally loaded the Bilbao transit card with too much credit, so I used the tram to go where I would normally walk to (eg the Guggenheim) and I'm thankful the Arriaga tram stop was a 2minute walk from this place. The bldg felt secure, code needed to enter the bldg, the elevator, and the room. The property was very new and clean....

「We couldn't have asked for more or for better value. Reception was very friendly, room was brightly lit and exceptionally clean, shower was steamy with great water pressure, beds were comfortable. And the hotel was centered in Bilbao's Old Towne with plenty to do. A perfect combination!」
