「Definitely recommended choice if you visit Gent, the bread and cakes in the breakfast are all fresh made, the bed are the best I had so far. One night we had someone banging on our door at 3am, the staff took our call and came up to check immediately and took care of it. Oh, and the self-laundry machine is very useful that you could change the language to understand what options you have.」

I had messaged to ask if there was a hairdryer before our trip. AI said yes but when we arrived there was no hairdryer. Several messages per day received only AI replies and it was never resolved. 「A large soul less showroom flat. No pictures, no tourist information or maps. Everything was extra including having the rubbish removed.so you had to put your rubbish in public rubbish bins. All the appliances were high tech, instructions would have been very useful. When booking a flat we made sure there was outside space. There was a nice space but no furniture. It is a sad, because it was a lovely large flat in a good location. People need to understand the meaning of hospitality」

「Schöne, große Wohnung mit großem Balkon mitten im Zentrum. Die Treppe zum Obergeschoss ist ziemlich steil. Toll war, dass es ein Welkome-Paket mit Kaffee, Tee, etc. gibt. Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass wir beim Checkout-Vorgang erst unsere Bewertung abgeben mussten, um die Infos zu erhalten. 「Place was clean, but may not have been used for a while as there is an odor of sewer when I first arrived. I ran water in all the drains, opened the windows, and it went away. But I would recommend if the property manager knows no one has been there for a while, to check it before it is rented.
