「Insgesamt war alles gut und sauber. Sehr nette und freundliche Vermieter. Kommunikation verlief reibungslos.Achtung beim Parkplatz, nicht immer ist ein Platz frei, man muss außerhalb parken, was nicht problematisch war.Die Schlafmatratzen sind sehr weich und aus MemoryFoam, was für uns nicht bequem war. Die Wände sind dünn und man hört die Nachbarn gut.Für kurze Aufenthalte zu empfehlen. 」

「The staff were really friendly and couldn’t do enough for everyone. They bring clean towels and empty the rubbish every 2 days. Pool are ad pool were well maintained. The apartments are starting to look dated but are comfortable and a good size. The building could do with renovations where plaster is cracking or missing.」

「Great place with super friendly staff. Ideal for families and not far from Sian park and the bus station. I booked it for two nights as a last minute thing and we loved it. We had everything we needed at the resort and the apartment was spacious and fully equipped. We had access to the private pool as well as to the main one which has the bar near by. It was our first time in Tenerife and we'll definitely come back for a longer stay!!」

「圣诞节期间入住的，酒店每天都组织很多活动，有专门的工作人员带着小孩儿玩，做游戏还发奖牌，圣诞节当天有圣诞老人来照相，每个孩子都发了小礼物，我儿子玩得特别开心。房间里烹饪设备齐全，酒店里有个超市可以买各种必需品，价格合理。出门左转几步路还有个中餐馆（只是看见没有去吃，无法评价）。总之大大的推荐，有机会还会去住。」

「Have been going to Ona El Marques for a number of years now. Lovely complex and have recently had some refurbishments such as new restaurant and reception area. Gives the complex a much fresher and modern look. The apartments are nice but are in need up some updating,especially the bathrooms, would be nice to have walk in shower. However we thoroughly enjoy our stay each year. 」

「Very clean but complex is in need of revamp. Towels and bed linen clean but worn. Staff very helpful and polite. Slightly stressful as no code was sent for key safe as we arrived out of hours. Security guard could not help us but emergency number on reception door gave the code. 」

「整潔，環境舒適優美。房間設有小廚房，附近很多食店可以選擇，鄰近亦有間超級市場。如果想甯靜，度假是一個不錯嘅選擇。唯一房間沒有空調，有一把吊扇，會有點熱。但有露臺，可打開門。職員友善，餐廳亦十分便宜」

「Freundliche Mitarbeiter, sehr schöne Umgebung. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hat uns beim Check-in leider nicht allzu viel erklärt, wir mussten einiges selbst erfragen, zB wie man an die Strandhandtücher kommt. Leider gibt es keine Kaffeestation außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten der Pool Bars, wir wollten morgens einen Kaffee to go für unseren Spaziergang, war leider nicht möglich, da es beim Frühstück keine to go Becher gab. Auch ist das Angebot an Snacks teils sehr eingeschränkt (ausverkauft,...

"酒店很漂亮，占据了绝佳的位置。缺点是房间里一瓶水也没有。晚餐好一天，差一天。早餐的食品除面包外，大多品质都不够高。我还吃了变质的玉米粒，全吐了出来。整体服务还不错。"
