“I took my daughter here on Spring Break and our 5 day stay was absolutely phenomenal, from the moment we walked in the service was superb and it continued throughout our stay! “ Check in was easy, check out was easy Front staff are available to answer questions via what’s up which is convenient. Pool was ok and clean. No food service at the pool except drink . They bring a pizza truck or a taco truck but otherwise you have to go to Buffet ( other all inclusive in Mexico has plenty of food options by the pool area and they have pool food menu) The hibachi experience was disappointing. “Beautiful property, gorgeous pool, had everything that we needed! We loved having the pizza place right in the backyard- it was delicious and they have gelato as well which was very convenient! “Not much dine options, we went to the steak house one night and enjoyed the dining experience besides this we ended up eating at the buffet because didn't feel there are much verities. At night the main lobby they turn off lights so if you are a late nighters then you'll be in dark. Need to have 24 hours coffee shop with some different options to eat from the buffet, maybe they need ice cream options for kids. I traveled with family and forat time my kids felt like they wanted to come abck home……
