“Al comunicarme para recoger la llave del apartamento, ya se la habían entregado a alguien más. Al parecer rentaron 2 veces el mismo apartamento. Aunque me consiguieron otro alojamiento, no fue lo que había contratado. ya que no tenía wifi, ni agua caliente y la ropa de cama y de baño estaba muy usada.”

“Iberflats was great! Location was perfect and much to get to in the area whether you wanted to dine out or eat in as the kitchen was good. Made pasta and burgers in house and went to Le Otto (best pizza in Spain) literally a few minutes walk away! Ease of entry into the apartment was great! Public parking close by and groceries a block away. Well worth it!”

“El baño que tiene el apartamento está dentro del dormitorio principal con lo que pierdes privacidad; en el segundo dormitorio si sacas la cama nido, puedes abrir la puerta tan sólo un ángulo de 90° y apenas te puedes mover dentro La propietaria nos cobró 30€ por una silla de terraza que según su inventario faltaba y que ni siquiera tocamos; por último nos dejamos una tablet que hemos intentado por todos los medios recuperar dándole las opciomes de enviar una recogida o que nos la enviara pagando……

“Excelent place. Not having a lobby 24/7 is a bit challenging, communication only with whatsapp. I stayed 4 days and there was no house keeping, at least towels can be replced every two days. That is something that can improve”

“Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen bzgl. Ausstattung, Zustand und Pflege vollständig erfüllt.Die Übergabe war auch sehr unkompliziert. Das Haus liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Stadtteil von Sagunto und nur 3 Minuten vom Kieselstrand entfernt. Der einzige Nachteil ist das die Restaurants nur am Wochenende geöffnet haben”

“The apartment is spacious, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It was very clean, and everything worked. The location is in a small quiet village, which was lovely. From Petres it was easy to explore Sagunto, Valencia, Montanejos, Peniscola, and other places. We enjoyed hiking, beach visits, the City of Arts and Sciences and more. Antonio was a great host, easy to communicate with (with the help of Google translate!), and very accommodating. Many thanks!”
