「We were greeted very warmly from the start of our visit. The staff was polite and helpful in making suggestions for activities in the area. They helped with our luggage and we were welcomed to our rooms with fresh baked shortbread cookies and prosecco. It was lovely. The cooked to order breakfast that was included in our stay was delicious and fresh and again provided with a courteous level of friendly service and efficiency. 」

We were there in mid-January when there were no other guests, but Seamus communicated with us in advance so we knew how to reach him when we arrived and he was very friendly and helpful. His wife Cathy made us a custom breakfast the next day and let us keep our luggage there while we toured Derry. 」

「Not a hotel. This just a room above some businesses.the room was big and comfortable. Getting the code for the door it was tricky, but it was due to changing phone sim cards. We were in downtown Londonderry close to everything. Parking was an issue. Overall a great place would recommend. 」

「Very nice place to stay, on Arrival room was quiet cold and had to turn on rad. Forgot to turn off and room went to other extreme at nighttime. There seemed to be only one setting. We had selected this place partially because of breakfast included but in the morning we discovered that it was on continental breakfast and hot breakfast was an extra charge. Now the hot breakfast was good quality and value. Other than these small things it was very cosy, friendly spot to stay and great location for...
