「The property is in a very safe and quiet community on a golf course in the southern parts of Charlotte. The neighbors are friendly and the community is clean. I used the property to attend the Nascar Race Weekend at Charlotte Motor Speedway, which is about 35 minutes away. This is a perfect property for a small group to the Charlotte area.」

「Well equipped and furnished, with all the necessaries. Very quiet neighborhood, very clean property. Newer than many of the rentals available around Rock Hill. We would be happy to stay here again. The only glitch in communication seemed to be from the VRBO app, not the property manager, so not a blame on them.」

「The area was very nice and private, cute kitchen with all the amenities you will need. Cutely decorated. But the front screened in porch was our favorite. Plus the air conditioner works well as a needed plus . Georgia was always pleasant when responding.」

「Clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully outfitted lake rental. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our week on the Lake. Morning coffee on the upper screen porch. Early morning bass fishing (had pretty good luck this year). Watching the sunset out on the floating dock, while fishing for catfish (not much luck this year). Sitting in the shade on the beach midday watching the boat traffic and enjoying the waves. Can't wait to do it again next year.」
