「The Hotel was lovely and with a big attention for details. We got a cozy and big room with a privat garden. The stuff was amazing : both shifts: Domingos and Sheley were Fantastic and very helpful and kind. We love the place and the vibes and the hotel Is basically walking distance form everything. We walked twice to the Waterfront Mall and we felt safe all the way and enjoyed a pleasant walk. We also meet the German owner who was very kind and warm. We will come back cause CPT is amazing. 」

「The location is good as it is directly linked to the mall. The overall service is average in all areas except the restaurant! You will get angry at the early morning during queuing up for the breakfast buffet. The receptionists (one tall & thin and the other is a bit fat) of the restaurant are always in very bad temper and not polite. We have stayed here for 6 days and observed that they have made all different countries guests get angry before settling down the table. I think they are not...

「The hotel is in a great location for access to the waterfront. Lots of parking and excellent breakfast. Staff were helpful and cheerful. Clean well equipped room. Pool area quiet and clean, lovely sunbeams and lots of shade. Pool service for drinks and snacks was easy. Highly recommend this hotel if you want something close to waterfront with parking and easy access onto main routes.」

「Can’t recommend this hotel enough. We had such a lovely stay. The rooms were huge and the balcony was a huge added plus. Everyone working there was so friendly and went out of their way to help us. The location is beyond perfect- it’s super safe and walkable to the V&A and Oranjezicht market. Some reviewers negatively compared it to the neighboring Queen Victoria hotel, but we actually preferred how close the Dockhouse is to the pool area. We’ll definitely stay again on our next trip to Cape...
