「Cute room in a converted turn-of-the-century home. The owner is sweet and staff are on hand to make breakfast for you between 6:30 and 9:00 am (you just need to tell them when you will be awake). We were able to arrange for transport to and from the hotel. Nice decorative touches throughout the home and a lovely garden. Small downsides: 1. The room we were in had stains on the carpet and mildew in the shower -- both things that can be fixed, and weren't overwhelming negative factors. 2. I...

「Our stay was great! The couple running the hotel is amazing! They had breakfast ready for us a little earlier, they were always smiling in the mornings, and welcomed us back each night. We stayed three nights and would definitely stay again. They gave us restaurant recommendations due to many being closed for the holiday. He also scheduled a car early in the morning to the airport for us. 」

「Wonderful historic property that has been updated and has both warmth and style. The staff pampered my family and introduced us to Ecuadorian new year traditions on the rooftop terrace with the other guests that was a memorable and unexpected way to ring in the new year. The restaurant is a fabulous showcase of Ecuadorian cuisine and excellent cocktails and fine wine. First class in every respect. I recommend without reservation.」

「This place is amazing for a quiet and restful stay, also if you want to have a romantic time. Food at the restaurant is really good, although little expensive, otherwise I would do this as my weekend place to lunch or dinner. For sure a recommended place to stay if you want to be close to the city key touristic points, or if you will go up to Pichincha summit 」

「50 acres of native Amazonian rainforest and a small lodge that is very lovingly tended to. Fantastic food and extremely friendly people. You must try the cocktail made with a native plant that was called something like araza. This was our best experience in a four week trip throughout Ecuador」
