“The apartment was amazing. It was spacious, clean, incredibly comfy bed (although it made early mornings a problem!). The check in process was really easy. I also love the fact there is a huge washer and dryer so was able to do some washing mid-stay and not have to fill my suitcase up too much.
The Gym was great and not too busy so was able to use the equipment I wanted to.
I had a question one evening and emailed Hyatus expecting an answer the next day and they came back with a very helpful……

“My husband and I both loved this property and it’s convenient location; so much that we even discussed purchasing one of the apartments as a condo! We ran a bit over checkout and the property manager was very communicative and accommodating. A wonderfully quaint, quiet, and walkable location with great food options in close proximity to prominent institutions. Definitely will stay again. ”

“Our family's stay at Helen and Richie's property for the holidays was perfect. Waking up to views of the lake every morning, watching flocks of birds travel on the water and being surrounded by nature was all we could ask for. The house has all amenities provided in the kitchen, bathrooms etc. Location is convenient near shops, grocery, and restaurants in New Fairfield. The hosts were very responsive in communication and I appreciated them providing everything we needed. ”

We loved all of the details in the woodwork, hidden little corners, tons of space to spread out and wonderful places to gather together. “great apartment, bedroom is NOT separated from living room lounge area.
Parking is not easy peasy but there are spots within a block or 2 no worries.
Noise from people staying in unit above this one can a bit jarring, especially if you are on different schedules, we worked it out no problem.
Decent pizza and latin food just around the corner.”

“In town for college visits we were able to stay and use the home as “base” giving everyone space - inside and out to decompress. Kitchen was great and outdoor space is lovely. Beautiful walk to Lighthouse Point Park!”

“My girlfriends and mine were looking for a nice weekend getaway to unwind. The property was very clean. The basement level seemed a little more disheveled than pictured and very cold. Unfortunately we didn’t spend any time down there. The rest of the property was wonderful and spotless! Beds were comfortable.”

"As an experienced traveler, I have to rate this La Quinta a ONE out of Five.
The facility is too old to use.
To open the door, you need to insert the card key dozens of times.
The hall way is not flat, slightly uphill or downhill.
The drain of the tub is only half-working.
When you take shower your feet are in the water. Basin is cracked and glued.
AC sound wakes you up every time when it starts.
Breakfast is ok, but lack of food after 8:50, it says that the time of breakfast is 6:30 to 9:30.
Parking is free and safe, which is only thing make my thumb up.
Overall, with $140 per night price, I must say, I was very disappointed by this hotel!!!
By the way, the other La Quinta hotels I have lived in are very good."
