The Space:
A spacious and inviting home nestled in a serene cul-de-sac in Eastham, MA. This delightful property features five bedrooms and two full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to ten guests. The main floor includes two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a full bed, along with a full bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo. Upstairs, there are three additional bedrooms: two with two twin beds each, and one with a queen bed, a full bed, and a twin bed. An additional full bathroom is located upstairs.

The home's L-shaped kitchen opens to the dining room and is equipped with an electric range, a Keurig, and an 8-10 cup drip coffee maker. The dining room provides seating for eight or more at the dining table, with additional seating for four at the kitchen table. The cozy living room features two couches, two wing chairs, all with washable covers, as well as an area rug, coffee table, and two side tables and a decorative fireplace. Entertainment is provided by a flatscreen TV with WiFi access and a Roku remote..
Outside, you'll find a deck off the back of the house, a full yard perfect for outdoor activities, and an outdoor shower. A propane BBQ is available for your use. The home has vinyl plank flooring throughout with a few area rugs, and window A/C units in each bedroom, the dining area, and the front room. The washer and dryer are located in the basement, accessed by 13 stairs.
Parking is available for up to six cars: two in front of the house (one behind the other), two to three in the driveway, and one in a small side yard next to the driveway. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, this home is close to a variety of great places and both bay and ocean beaches. Its location on a dead-end street makes it a safe place for kids to play under supervision.

While you are staying with us:
-No parties.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside within 50 ft.
-Quiet hours begin at 9PM. At this time, all guests should be off all exterior spaces. This is not a curfew.
-Bring your furry friends! A maximum of two dogs are allowed. $50 per dog, per stay; sorry, no puppies. Absolutely no pets are allowed on the furniture!
-No refunds to be given for shortened stays or for any cable, internet, WI-FI, heating, cooling, power outages, or other acts of nature.
-Help us keep a shoe-free home by leaving shoes by the front door.

No sweat on accidental & reported damage! Your rental includes a reported damage waiver covering up to a maximum of $800. The cost to repair any damage to the rented property, including any missing or broken items, up to a maximum of $800, will be covered at no charge to you as long the damage is reported to your Host before you depart.
