「We are frequent visitors to Bundeena but have never stayed at this property before. It is very well located in the best part of town. An easy walk to the club and shops. The premises has 3 large bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. There are plentiful towels and everything you need for an effortless holiday. The pool was a major bonus which we thoroughly enjoyed. 「This was the perfect location for walking and seeing downtown Sydney!! The home was very clean and managed well!! I would definitely rent this home again and again!!」

「We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful home. The accommodation location was ideal in the area where the functions we had to attend nearby & the place was ideal for what we needed. The facilities were fantastic and the host was fabulous to allow us privacy and it was an added bonus to access the property early after a long day travelling from overseas. We had a very enjoyable stay. Thank you so much & highly recommended good stay. It offered everything advertised. We would use again. We loved it.」

「Contrary to the Stayz entry there is no off-street parking, however parking on the street was reasonably easy (apart from Saturday night & market day). The apartment was very clean and provided a great space for a family.」

「Had a wonderful 2 nights stay with my sister. We loved sitting out on the balcony for sunsets looking across the water to the untouched national park. The kayaks were a highlight and so easy with the jetty. We also went for a fantastic bush walk to Lovetts pool for a dip. The house was extremely clean and so well equipped. Will definitely visit again! 」

「I stayed in this property for 2 nights with my husband and 2 sons the first night, and my daughter joined us for the second night. This made sleeping arrangements a little difficult, as the set up is for couples. I had a problem with all the stairs, as I have a mobility problem. I would have enjoyed my stay otherwise. I would recommend if you don’t mind a lot of stairs. 」

「NINE was a wonderful weekend away for our family. Despite being in the winter, the home is warm, and full of charm. We immensely enjoyed the SUPs, tinny, hot tub and wonderful recommendations of host, Elly. She went above and beyond to accommodate our family, and we are most grateful for her communication and thoughtfulness. We’ll hope to return in the future! Thank you!」

「The good: Property is nicely renovated on the ground floor. The location is great - close to the Rocks and Circle quay. The neighborhood is full of nice little restaurants and bars. The bad: Heat! There is no air conditioning (which is correctly not listed as an amenity). There some small in effective fans and a small floor cooling unit on the ground floor (which barely moves the slightly chilled air it creates). Even opening windows to try to allow for a cross draft did not cool the...

"In the middle of night there was false fire alarm goes on whole night and every body have to evacuate from hotel room and we are staying in room 2209 all the way down from 22 floor all the way use fire exit door to lobby and wait for more than an hour until we back to our room but fire alarm still going on whole night. I would like to lodge a complaint for our suffered and argue for compensation that we have spent over $1200 a night stay was absolutely nightmare. Regards Mark Chow "

Just a 3-star hotel

"I do not believe this hotel deserves a five-star rating; it should rather be classified as a three-star hotel. The concierge service was inadequate despite my booking for four nights with two rooms each night. It was perplexing why they only granted me accommodation for three nights with two rooms. Consequently, it took considerable time to reconfirm my stay for the additional night. Even though I had made these bookings months in advance, there was no apology or acknowledgment from the hotel. My friends and I are profoundly disappointed, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone."
